Kevin Swinney

Kevin has been at TPI since 2017 but has worked for, and with, Robert Berry for many years. Kevin began managing projects for TPI, but has been in a sales role since the end of 2019. In his spare time, Kevin enjoys rock climbing, riding both dirt bikes and street bikes.

John Parkman
Equipment Sales Manager
Belton, SC

John attended Piedmont College in Greenwood, South Carolina where he obtained a degree in Applied Science of Engineering Graphics Technology. He began his career as a draftsman and has had several different jobs over the years. John began working at TPI in 2015, and he assists in all areas of the company, including development of competitive quotes for screw and drag conveyor systems, purchasing, equipment design utilizing 3D modeling software, etc. You can say John has designed everything from Hydraulically Powered Surgical room tables to underground belt conveyors, so your needs should fall somewhere in-between those areas. John is a private pilot and enjoys flying, riding his four-wheeler along his property and spending time with family. He lives in Ware Shoals, South Carolina with his wife, Patty and their dog, Mattie.

Mike Forcade
Sales Engineer
Hudson, FL

Started with TPI in 2005 as Sales Engineer. Began career in 1969 at Industrial Machinery Co. in Ft. Worth, Tx, which was purchased by Jeffrey Manufacturing in 1970. Relocated to Jeffrey’s Belton, SC from 1979 to 1984, serving as Manager of Technical Services, General Foreman over screw conveyor shop and Manager of Engineering. Worked for Martin Sprocket & Gear from 1984 thru 1990 and Engineering Sales Manager. Returned to Goodman Conveyor as Product Manager for bulk conveyor equipment until 2005. Mike has 50+ years of hand on experience in bulk material handling. Authored Screw Conveyor 101© book, which was published in 1999. Mike has been married to his wife Sheri for 54 years. Mike and his wife both enjoy riding their Harleys and Mike does competitive shooting in the Steel Challenge events.
